Triumph
In 1984 the Meriden plant was demolished and John Bloor has installed the latest service prototyping in Hinckley. In 1987 the first years of operation of the engine on the test and location of eleven acres was purchased and bregins working on productive facilities in Hinckley. The new channel is launched triumph at the 1990 motorcycle exhibition in Cologne, six models are shown, powered by three engines and four-cylinder DOHC with high horsepower and torque, while chilled by a liquid 750 and Trident 900; Trophy 900 and 1200; machines Daytona 750 and 1000. 2390 are sold this year, 974 in the UK. Triumph 's factory in the news is made and the company has approximately 50 employees, producing about five bikes a day.
1993 sees the 10000th bike to leave the factory in July. Models Daytona 750 and 1000 were replaced by 900 and 1200, long-running versions of the engine modules. In 1994 Cologne show launches Triumph Thunderbird much-awaited with its styling and nostalgia have detuned the engine (70bhp). The III has also been superb released, mostly known as a "will soon " Daytona 900, with plenty of auxiliary carbon fiber, high compression engine with hot cams 115p. The tiger is presented: a new direction for the triumph and the first use of a plastic tank on a triumph over the more sophisticated the suspension on any triumph ever.1996 Thunderbird and black is the 30000th triumph fact, delivered in Australia. Work starts on new production facilities designed to take production to 50,000 units per year. The following year saw the 50,000 th bike. 1999 sees the launch of a mid-cycling the TT600 range of sports and next year marks the return of Bonneville appointed to a triumph. The new Bonneville maintains the classic lines of the original, but has a modern 900cc engine. 2002 is the centennial year for the triumph.
