Engine / gearbox
The engine liquid chilled by a four-stroke Unicam ® powerful of the four-valve 449cC is designed to produce power across a wide band of RPM for riding all-terrain (see Technology Section).

The electric starter drives the clutch side of the crankshaft to provide superior lubrication of starter and speed to produce a narrow engine with a crankshaft short and strong.

The compact, lightweight engine weighs only 71 pounds.

The titanium intake valves permit use lighter smaller valve springs, reducing overall size of engine.

Cover and clutch cover cylinder head are made of magnesium to reduce engine weight.

12.0:1 forged - to push the piston compressor is lighter than a conventional design, revving quickly while maintaining excellent cylinder sealing and power haut-T/MN.

The cylinder liner Nikasil is lightweight and provides a cooler and quieter during the extended life of engine.

The FCR-type carburetor 40mm Keihin has four rollers on the flat slide, resulting in slight effort to control power, the smooth, crisp response to the throttle and excellent rideability.

The carburetor includes a position sensor throttle (TPS) to help maintain the linear order of power in the range of RPM.

The lubrication system of Twin-sump drain separates the oil supply for the train to the crankshaft, piston and valve of the clutch and transmission. This ensures a fresh supply of oil to the clutch, eliminates clutch and transmission material contamination of engine oil, reduces the amount of oil flow and allows the use of a smaller pump for oil.

The exhaust system employs a header and exhaust silencer light and stainless steel interceptor equipped with a spark.

The radiators have a dual core sector refining for improved heat dissipation compared to conventional dual-radiator. The recovery tank of liquid refrigerant is placed in front of the engine between downtubes frame for the center of gravity improved. The coolant tank is protected by plastic skidplate.

Commissioned by the compensating gear reduces vibration and conducts the water pump. Eight clutch plates provide the surface area needed to handle the engine le 's massive torque, while carefully matched spring clutch provides a slight sensation in leverage.

Transmission sustainable and flexible large-report five-speed.

Chassis / Suspension
View aluminum twin-spar with the fourth generation to head towards forging aluminum (see Technology Section).

HPSD features a compact damper attached to the upper triple clamp and steering head to improve the characteristics of more aggressive management and to help direct manipulation. Granted specifically for higher speed, non-motocross, all terrain applications riding the CRF450X damper incorporates different valve / arrangements compared to units on the motocross models. HPSD provides confidence in the direct line speeds, a planted feel in corners, less rider fatigue and exceptional control of a greater variety of terrain and conditions riding.

The rear wheel 18-inch has the same lightweight rear hub and work-type lightweight-aluminum HRC spoke nipples as used on CRF450R.

The front wheel has the front axle diameter and large-scale off-wheel tread for excellent rigidity.

The rear axle diameter of 25mm and large-diameter bearings provide optimum rigidity to withstand torturous terrain conditions.

Revised inverted fork and sophisticated cartridge Twin-Chamber (see Technology Section).

Pro-Link ® Rear Suspension (see Technology Section) with new damper settings.

The large 50mm diameter piston for the rear shock absorber for execution complied under demanding riding conditions.

The compact size of front brake twin-piston, piston brake anodized aluminum and hard lightweight front brake minimize unsprung weight for the rotation and improved handling.

The work-type circuit HRC rear brake reservoir includes rear distributor and fluid, eliminating the need for separate set of shell and tube.

Additional
The rider ergonomics are optimized by adapting the size of the handlebars, seat and footpeg jumper to put the in 's legs of the cross section closer to the frame for improved comfort and handling feel .

Rear pedal brake and shift lever are made of lightweight aluminum and are designed to complement the riding position. Devices brake pedal have optimized the match report for the integrated master-cylinder rear brake.

In the distance, the subject footpegs and stainless steel are self-cleaning, resist corrosion, provide excellent grip and fold for extra ground clearance to.

The handlebars with Renthal aluminum (971 bend) is rubber-mounted to help reduce rider fatigue and improve comfort.

Media handlebars provide two different mounting positions to rider preference match.

The Work-type handlebar grips add to rider comfort.

Leverage pre-adjustable brake.

Hot-start lever conveniently located on clutch perch.

Quick-adjust clutch perch.

Aid before coverage disc brake rotor and protect against the size of the damage.

The removable rear subframe reflects maintenance easy.

Orders comfortable and durable and high quality fasteners.
